About the owner

Rowena was born and raised in the Philippines. When she arrived in the United States in 2000, Rowena had difficulty communicating and expressing herself in the English language. Through perseverance and determination, she taught herself the language and American culture and now shares her expertise with others. Rowena has helped hundreds of Filipinos communicate their needs and navigate their medical, legal, and educational services.

Since 2017, Rowena has assisted others in the following areas: Social Security applications and claims, Medicare, Medi-Cal, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment (EDD), domestic abuse, physical abuse, child abuse, discrimination, immigration, 911 emergency calls, education, ISP, IEP, IME, QME, depositions, deportation, banking, bankruptcies, appeals, conferences, medical appointments, special education, behavioral health and therpeutic rehabilitation.
